Product updates and release notes from the LoreHub team.
Draw a note around the nodes it is about in the Dialogue Builder. Give it meta rules, and every node inside gets the same shot, background or music on its own.
Exported dialogues now carry a read-only stateData block on each node and option: played and selected. Your game sets them while the dialogue runs.
Plan your branching story above the dialogues: group them into scenes, chapters and arcs, link the routes, and let LoreHub check every route while you plan.
Variables now read as a clear list you edit one at a time. Each one can start as true or false, and its comment shows on hover wherever you pick it.
Your LoreHub stories now have languages. Add target languages, choose enforced or fallback, and translate every line and option in the new Translate tab. Plus the roadmap for what comes next.
The Dialogue Builder player now opens in a drawer under the canvas. The node being played lights up green, the view follows it, and edits show up as you play.
The LoreHub app is now available in German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, next to English and Russian.
Nothing changes for the worlds you already have. LoreHub now has four plans: Free, Indie at €5 a month, Team at €29 a month per world, and Enterprise.
The LoreHub Dialogue Builder has a new UI for writing branching dialogue: one top bar, a docked Explorer, a labelled inspector and autosave you can see.
The LoreHub dialogue editor runs on a new canvas engine: smoother dragging, many links into one node, cleaner deletes and a canvas that fits your screen.
How LoreHub started: from Leviathan lore spread across documents and an Excel timeline to the LoreHub timeline with events linked to documents and custom calendars.
LoreHub in 2020: 305 builds, 507 new creators, 491 worlds, 711 documents and 704 events, plus image uploads, document pairing and a new design.
