LoreHub now speaks eight languages
LoreHub now works in German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Together with English and Russian, that makes eight interface languages. You can write dialogue, build your world and manage your team with every menu, button and message in your own language.
What's translated
- The whole app. The dashboard, the Dialogue Builder, the Worldbuilder, settings and the sign-in screens. Even the labels drawn on the dialogue canvas, like the START badge and the button that adds an option.
- Error messages. When something goes wrong on our side, the message arrives in your language too.
- Dates and counts. Dates on the timeline and numbers like "3 dialogues" follow the rules of your language.
- This website. The product pages, pricing and the About page are available in the same six new languages. Switch with the language menu in the top bar of those pages. Documentation, guides and news stay in English for now.
A language only goes live once every line is translated, so you won't land on a screen that is half English. Native speakers reviewed each new language before release.
How to switch
The first time you open LoreHub, it uses your browser language if it's one of the eight, and English otherwise. To change it, open the language menu with the globe icon on the sign-in screen or on your Profile page and pick a language. LoreHub remembers your choice in that browser.
The interface language is separate from the languages of your story. Switching it never touches your dialogues, documents or translations, and everyone on your team can pick their own. A writer in Tokyo and a programmer in Berlin can work in the same world, each in their own language.
Prices are still in euros. If you're paying from outside Europe, the FAQ lists which cards work.
Tell us what reads wrong
If a word sounds off or a label doesn't fit, tell us on Discord or Reddit. The same goes for the language you'd like to see next. Answers about languages, plans and payments are collected on the new FAQ page.
