LoreHub is made by LoreHub BV, an EU company based in the Netherlands.
We are on our way to SOC 2 Type II. Ask us for the current status and timeline.
LoreHub is ISO 27001 compliant. We manage information security the way the international standard describes.
As an EU company, we process personal data under the GDPR. If you need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), ask us and we will send one.
Hosting and data residency
You always know where your data lives, and on Enterprise you choose.
The LoreHub app and its database are hosted on Microsoft Azure in the Sweden Central region, inside the European Union.
Need your data in a specific country or region? Enterprise customers can have LoreHub deployed in another Azure region on demand.
If you need it, Enterprise customers get a private, single-tenant deployment with full isolation: dedicated compute and a dedicated database, with no infrastructure shared with other customers.
Your data stays yours
Your story is never locked inside LoreHub.
Dialogues, characters and translations are plain-text OSF files in your own Git or Perforce repository. They version, diff and review there like the rest of your game.
Every plan, Free included, exports your story to OSF, JSON or YAML, so you always have a full copy.
If your subscription ends, your stories and documents stay saved and exportable.

Your team signs in the way your company already works.
Enterprise plans include SSO, so your team signs in to LoreHub with your company accounts.
